Tuthill manufactures a range of highly engineered pumps for the chemical, oil and process industries. Manufactured in the United States from high quality materials, Tuthill has a solid reputation for great performance amongst difficult fluid transfer applications. Tuthill products include AC/DC fuel transfer pumps, diaphragm pumps, hand pumps, flow meters, accessories and more.
All Pumps imports the complete line of Tuthill pumps, parts and accessories. We have installed, sold and serviced Tuthill pumps in a range of industries throughout Australia.
Tuthill gear pumps handle many viscosities and sustain a constant flow at any pressure. With only two moving parts the internal gear design allows the pump to handle higher viscosity liquids. Simple, compact design offers high efficiency and longer life. Positive Reversing Action - The unique reversing feature allows the gear pumps the ability to reverse flow without the use of valves.

Global Gear was introduced in 2001, and since then more than 12,000 pumps have been shipped to locations all over the world. The Inside Reliability Story Behind GLOBALGEAR®
Tuthill’s Global Gear® was developed based on customer input, and customer input in the process industries clearly points to the need for better gear pump reliability and specifically better seal reliability.
The opportunity for better reliability is created by the situation that many pumps applied on viscous liquids are fundamentally designed for packing and later adapted to mechanical seals. In many cases, the seals being selected were designed for use with water-like liquids. Pumps designed for packing combined with mechanical seals designed for thin liquids are no match to offer extended reliability with demanding viscous liquid applications.

Global Gear Pumps are versatile and can be customized to meet the requirements of specific applications.
BACK PULL-OUT The back pull-out design greatly reduces downtime for service. The pump can be repaired without disturbing piping or shaft alignment.
Tuthill offers the HD series of product for the most demanding applications.
The HD series is capable of handling multiple pumping challenges that may include presence of solids, and large viscosity and temperature ranges in one application. HD pumps can offer system builders and OEM’s an attractive alternative to progressing cavity pumps and air-operated diaphragm pumps.
HD pumps will tolerate intermittent run dry, are relatively compact, will pump liquids with viscosities that range from thin to very thick, will handle temperatures up 274°C/ 525°F, and are energy efficient. Standard pump construction is in ductile iron or 316 stainless steel.
OEM applications for HD pumps include wastewater systems builders, fryer oil recovery systems, black liquor soap and paper coating packages, waste fuel handling systems, and starch handling systems.
Tuthill designs GlobalGear® pump packages to satisfy a growing customer base of large, international Oil & Gas end users with API 676 standard requirements*. This standard is set forth by the American Petroleum Institute to establish guideline specifications for the use of rotary positive displacement pumps in petroleum, petrochemical, and gas industry services.
Tuthill can offer API 682 mechanical seals for API 676 configured pumps and allowable nozzle loads that are two times or more greater than the minimum allowable nozzle loads specified in API 676. Tuthill also offers the complete package of baseplate, electric motor, gear reducer, coupling, and guard that addresses API 676 features and specifications, along with other project specific requirements.
*Tuthill’s GlobalGear® series pumps meet the intent of API Standard 676 specifications in all cases with the exception of some specific points which are outlined on www.TuthillPump.com
